Recipes: Marrokaans

A traditional Moroccan dish with vegetables and eggs. We use the organic Shakshuka spice mix from the iDo! brand. The taste of the eggs really comes into its own in the EcoStoof®. Thanks to the low temperature, the yolks stay buttery-soft and the whites never turn rubbery.
