Intellectual property

EcoStoof® has been registered as a trademark and design with the Benelux Office for Intellectual Property (BOIP) as well as with the European Union Intellectual Property Office, EUIPO.  It is always prohibited to use the name Ecostoof, or the model of the Ecostoof, without the prior written agreement of the holder of the brand and model copyright. Any infringement will be submitted to the competent court.
