Returns

Still don't like your purchase from EcoStoof? Then you can return it within 30 days of receipt clean and undamaged in its original packaging. The direct costs of returning the goods are for your own account. We will refund the purchase price within 14 days once we have received your order back in good order.

Should the product be damaged or visibly more used than necessary to try the product, we may pass this depreciation of the product on to you. So please treat the product with care and make sure it is properly packed when you return it.

Returns in three steps

Step 1. Register the order you want to return via the online returns portal and get a shipping label.

Step 2.

Pack the order you wish to return in its original packaging

Pack your order clean and undamaged in its original packaging.

Add your order number and name to the package.

Step 3. Send your return

Deliver your package to the service point you have chosen in the online return form.

Please note: the return costs are at your own expense, unless the product had a demonstrable defect upon delivery.
